These Terms govern your access to and use of the NPDI platform (including all pages, forms, services, and test modules). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old (or have guardian consent) and able to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You must comply with applicable laws when accessing NPDI services.
  • Some services may have additional eligibility criteria.

Services Provided

  • Professional development, capacity building, and consulting.
  • English language and academic test preparation.
  • College application assistance.
  • Grants/program development support.
  • Translation and interpretation services.
  • Online English placement testing.
  • Individual and organization application processes.

User Accounts & Conduct

  • Provide accurate information; do not impersonate others.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security, or use bots/scripts on protected routes.
  • Do not upload harmful files or scrape/redistribute proprietary content without permission.

Applications & Submissions

  • You consent to NPDI storing and processing submitted information.
  • Information must be accurate; NPDI may contact you about your application.
  • Submission does not guarantee acceptance; NPDI may accept, deny, or request more information.

Payments (if applicable)

  • Pricing will be displayed before payment.
  • Payments are final unless otherwise noted.
  • Third-party processors may be used; NPDI does not store payment details.

Intellectual Property

  • All site content (text, designs, graphics, logos, curricula, tests, images, code) is owned by NPDI unless stated otherwise.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell content without written permission; fair personal use is allowed.

Third-Party Services

  • The Platform may use tools such as Google reCAPTCHA, email delivery services, cloud hosting, and analytics.
  • NPDI is not responsible for third-party failures or misuse.

Disclaimers & Liability

  • The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • No guarantee of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, acceptance into programs, or specific outcomes.
  • NPDI is not liable for data loss, indirect/consequential damages, service interruptions, or user-submitted errors, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Modifications

  • NPDI may update these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
